Senior Developer - Rulestream Applications

As a Senior SQL Server Architect & SQL Developer at Baker Hughes, you will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge database technology and provide tech solutions to meet the needs of our global customers. You will collaborate with a dynamic team to deliver innovative solutions that address our customer's challenges in materials management, planning, inventory, and warehouse solutions. In this role, you will lead a team of Rulestream developers, supervising and aligning efforts for an agile development process. You will be responsible for enhancing and maintaining business critical Rulestream based CPQ application, as well as implementing new custom Rulestream based applications and enabling integration with various other tools and systems. To excel in this position, you should have considerable hands-on experience in implementing Rulestream based applications and integrating them with CAD, CAE, Office, PLM, ERP, etc. You should possess a strong knowledge of programming and scripting languages such as Visual Basic, VB.NET, VBScript/JavaScript, HTML, CSS, MSSQL, and expertise in custom development and debugging using IDEs like Visual Studio. As a successful candidate, you will have a Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, along with a fundamental understanding of Rulestream architecture, features, and application interface framework. You should be able to work independently on complex requirements, understand and encode engineering knowledge into automated solutions, and collaborate effectively with multi-disciplinary teams to establish a digital thread across the product value chain.
