Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Services Engineer located in Ahmedabad. The Field Services Engineer will be responsible for troubleshooting, providing technical support, performing preventive maintenance, and addressing field service issues. Additionally, the role requires delivering excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Experience in Field Service and Troubleshooting
Technical Support skills and Preventive Maintenance knowledge
Strong Customer Service skills
Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Experience with PV inverters and energy storage inverters is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
