Field Service Engineer

We are looking for enthusiastic and technically inclined candidates to join our service team for fiber laser cutting machines. The role includes installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and customer support. Freshers are welcome to apply — full technical training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities1. Installation & Commissioning

• Assist in installation and setup of fiber laser cutting machines.
• Learn alignment, testing, CNC configuration (FSCUT), and parameter setup.
• Support senior engineers during machine handover and customer training.

2. Troubleshooting & Repair

• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and CNC-related issues under guidance.
• Support senior technicians in resolving breakdowns.
• Learn error codes for RayTools/WSX heads, Raycus/IPG/MAX laser sources, and FSCUT systems.

3. Preventive Maintenance

• Perform routine checks: optics, lenses, lubrication, filters, chiller, motors, and gas lines.
• Follow PM checklists and document machine performance.

4. Customer Support

• Provide basic remote support.
• Assist customers in safe operation and basic maintenance of machines.

5. Reporting & Documentation

• Prepare installation and service reports.
• Maintain logs of work done and spare parts usage.

Required Skills & QualificationsEducation

• Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Instrumentation, or related fields.
• Freshers can apply. Training will be provided.

Technical Knowledge (Preferred but Not Mandatory)

• Basic understanding of CNC machines or industrial equipment.
• Ability to read electrical/mechanical diagrams.
• Interest in automation, machinery, or laser systems.

Soft Skills

• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
• Ability to travel frequently and work on-site.

Experience

• 0–2 years (Freshers strongly encouraged).
• Prior experience in CNC / laser / automation is a plus, not required.

Other Requirements

• Ready to travel across India.
• Physically fit to work with industrial machinery.
• Basic knowledge of computers (MS Office).
