Job Description

✅ Core Responsibilities:

Routine Maintenance:
Perform scheduled preventive maintenance (PM) of elevator components like:
Controllers
Door drives
Limit switches
Encoders
Push buttons and panels
Sensors (e.g., door safety edges, limit sensors)
Check for wear and tear, cleaning, greasing, and adjustment.
Troubleshooting & Breakdown Service:
Diagnose faults in control systems, door operators, communication systems, or safety devices.
Use diagnostic tools (e.g., multimeter, PLC diagnostics, or OEM software).
Replace or repair damaged components and ensure functionality.
Technical Field Support:
Assist elevator technicians or clients with technical issues on-site.
Provide phone or remote support (if applicable).
Interface with the internal technical team for escalated cases.
Documentation & Reporting:
Prepare service reports after every visit.
Record component failures and root causes.
Suggest improvements for frequent issues (feedback loop to manufacturing or R&D).
Customer Interaction:
Explain service work and preventive steps to clients (building maintenance teams, OEMs, etc.).
Train client technicians if needed (on using or maintaining specific components).
Spare Management:
Ensure necessary spare parts are available.
Recommend critical spares to customers.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
