Job Description

Role & Responsibilities

Conduct on-site inspections, routine maintenance, and repairs of fuel dispensers and other equipment at retail outstations such as petrol pumps.
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical faults to minimize equipment downtime.
Assist in the installation, configuration, and commissioning of new equipment in compliance with safety and operational standards.
Provide technical support and solutions to customers, addressing service-related queries and improving overall customer satisfaction.
Follow all industry safety protocols and ensure strict compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
Document service work including inspection reports, repair logs, and maintenance records for management review.
Attend training programs to stay updated on product knowledge, technical skills, and safety procedures.
Collaborate with internal teams, such as project managers and senior engineers, to coordinate and execute field service tasks efficiently.
Uphold company policies related to safety, quality, and environmental guidelines in all field operations.
