Field Service Engineer

Job Position : Service Engineer / Filed Service Executive

Job Location : Rajasthan/Chennai/ Jaipur/Paudi/Haridwar/Nanded/ Tiruchirappalli/Pune/ Puduchhery /Aurangabad/Parbhani/Ahilayanagar/Baroda/Rajkot/Kutch Bhuj/ Jamnagar/Bhavnagar/ Surat/Meerut/Dehradun/Bhopal/Jabalpur/Indore/Jalor /Pali/PAN India

Responsibilities :

· Install CCTV systems /Alarm system at client sites, ensuring proper setup and configuration.

· Perform maintenance checks and repairs on CCTV/alarm system equipment to ensure maximum functionality.

· Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to CCTV systems & alarm system.

· Provide technical support and training to clients on the use of CCTV /alarm system equipment.

· Keep detailed logs of service calls, maintenance tasks, and repairs.

· Work closely with the sales and technical teams to identify and resolve any issues.

· Timely reporting of the Work , in coordination with HOD.

· Solve any complain of CCTV & Alarm system on site.

· Proven experience as a CCTV & Alarm system Service Engineer or similar role.

· Strong understanding of CCTV& Alarm system components and functionality.

· Familiarity with network protocols and IP camera systems.

· Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.

· Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

· Strong communication and customer service skills.

Qualification & Experience:

· Diploma/B.E./B. Tech in Electronics, Electrical, IT, or relevant field.

· 1–3 years of experience in Service Level for CCTV & Alarm System

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
