OBJECTIVE OF THIS ROLE
Field service Engineer is responsible for the installation, repair,
overhaul, warranty, AMC. Maintaining good customer relationship and
high customer satisfaction standards.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Supporting customers through technical and administrative activities
Installation, repair, maintenance checks, overhaul, providing technical
support to customers.
Understanding customer needs and concerns
Providing a high level of customer service
Preparing and submitting service reports
REQUIRED SKILLSET
Knowledge in electrical basics.
Willing to travel and problem solving ability.
