Field Service Engineer

Amazh Electronics is hiring Field Technicians for the installation, service, and maintenance of refrigerators, washing machines, and dishwashers. This position is ideal for entry-level candidates with a passion for hands-on technical work and customer service in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, troubleshoot, and repair:
• Refrigerators (single door, double door, frost-free, commercial, deep freezers)
• Washing Machines (top load, front load, semi/fully automatic)
• Dishwashers (freestanding and built-in)
• Diagnose and resolve issues like cooling problems, gas leaks, compressor faults, water drainage, electrical failures, and motor issues.
• Follow manufacturer service protocols and safety procedures.
• Maintain accurate service logs, job updates, and feedback using mobile apps or service forms.
• Provide timely, professional service at customer locations across Coimbatore.
• Educate customers on product usage and maintenance tips.

Required Skills:

• Basic understanding of:
• Refrigeration systems (compressors, gas filling, capacitor checks)
• Washing machine mechanics (drum alignment, inlet/outlet flow, control panel diagnosis)
• Dishwasher operation (spray arms, filters, drainage, sensor faults)
• Experience using multimeters, basic hand tools, and testing kits.
• Ability to read and understand circuit diagrams and service manuals.
• Strong problem-solving, time management, and customer communication skills.
• Willingness to travel locally for service visits.

Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory):

• Prior experience handling side-by-side refrigerators, built-in dishwashers, or combo washer-dryer units.
• Basic smartphone literacy for using service tracking apps.
• Two-wheeler with valid driving license for field mobility.
• Ability to speak Tamil (mandatory), and basic English or Hindi for customer interaction.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
