Field Service Biomedical Engineer

PathnSitu Biotechnologies is a leading company in the supply of high-quality Immunohistochemistry products for tissue-based Cancer Diagnosis. We provide highly specific and sensitive Antibodies, Detection Kits, Histology Special Stains, Instruments, Wide Variety of Microscopes, Reagents, Buffers, Antibody Diluents, Positively Charged Slides and all the Ancillaries required for Immunohistochemistry helping Pathologists and Cancer Research Laboratories with an accurate Histology-based Cancer Diagnosis.

Essential Job Functions:

· The first level of service is to receive and document the customer call in the applicable service management or complaint handling software and then troubleshoot, prioritize, and/or reroute in a timely manner to facilitate productive and supportive customer relationships.

· Ensure quality, accuracy, and traceability of records and data to comply with GMP requirements, Quality System regulations, and PathnSitu procedures and policies.

· Participate in various service activities to gain instrumentation expertise in order to ensure all customers’ needs are handled in a skillful and effective manner. Activities to contribute to the overall instrument expertise include but are not limited to the following:

· To meet and build relationships with customers while obtaining the necessary hands-on experience on instrumentation.

· When necessary, serve as a member of a team of experts to solve difficult and recurring instrument issues for customers.

· To escalate difficult scenarios to the field and transfer all information regarding troubleshooting to ensure the customer's needs are met in a timely and effective manner.

· Follow the call escalation procedures as outlined to ensure all calls are being handled properly and management is made aware of any situations that have reached a critical support level.

· Understand and utilize PathnSitu documentation protocols. Accurately and legibly complete all documentation on time to result in compliance with PathnSitu quality/regulatory requirements

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
