Job Title: H&E Image Analysis Scientist / Machine Learning Engineer- Spatial Omics (PhD) Experience: Freshers Location: Delhi Job Description: We are seeking a motivated PhD candidate interested in machine learning for histopathology image analysis. The candidate will contribute to developing and optimizing deep learning models to analyze digitized H&E slides for cancer classification and spatial mapping. This role is well-suited for researchers aiming to apply advanced computational methods to biomedical challenges. Responsibilities: ● Design, develop, and train convolutional neural networks (CNNs) and related ML models on H&E-stained histology images. ● Use and extend tools such as QuPath for cell annotations, segmentation models, and dataset curation. ● Preprocess, annotate, and manage large image datasets to support model training and validation. ● Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to integrate image-based predictions with molecular and clinical data. ● Analyze model performance and contribute to improving accuracy, efficiency, and robustness. ● Document research findings and contribute to publications in peer-reviewed journals. Plating microbiology samples and cultures as required. Restocking microbiology supplies. Subculture QC organisms. Equipment maintenance. Discard microbiology samples once complete. Job Summary The Laboratory Technician will be responsible for performing histopathology procedures, hematology, and biochemical analyses of biological samples as per study design and GLP requirements. The Application Specialist for Leica Biosystems is responsible for providing in-field technical applications support for North/East India market. This position is part of the customer support / field applications team located in Delhi India and will be fully remote. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: Supporting pre and post sales process to assist sales and marketing team in achieving their sales /marketing targets and include the following functions: Provide technical assistance, troubleshooting and training to existing and potential customers as well as channel partners, Work closely with sales and marketing on pre-sales events Drive Proof of Principle commercial activities with sales and channel partners in the market. Example Sampling and Demos Provide monthly activity reports to proper follow up implementation and outcome actions Assist the sales department with the theory and technical characteristics of the products and liaise with the manufacturer's application department on the use of the products Help the sales department organizing academic, seminars, exhibition ,products demonstration and customer problems solving and overseeing the technical support clinical discussion of Leica Biosystems consumable for IVD & RUO products.
