Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Pathologist at Diagnum Healthcare, located okhla phase 2 in New Delhi. The Pathologist will be responsible for performing diagnostic evaluations of specimens, overseeing laboratory operations, and maintaining quality assurance. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing diagnostic data, conducting histological evaluations, and collaborating with healthcare teams to provide critical insights that support clinical decisions. The role demands adherence to strict quality standards and continuous coordination with medical professionals.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Pathology, Histology, and Laboratory Medicine
• Proficiency in Laboratory Skills and processes
• In-depth understanding of Medicine, particularly with relevance to diagnosis and treatment pathways
• Exceptional criticalthinking, attention to detail, and diagnostic abilities
• Board certification in Pathology and an active license to practice are required
• Prior experience in managing laboratory operations is a plus
• Excellent communication and collaborative skills to work with diverse healthcare teams
