Field Sales Representative - Restaurant POS

Role Overview: As a Field Sales Person at Amonex Technologies Pvt Ltd, you will play a crucial role in generating new business and maintaining relationships with existing clients by visiting customer locations. Your responsibilities will include managing and growing the sales territory, conducting client visits, lead generation, product demonstrations, sales negotiation, sales reporting, and collaboration with internal teams. Key Responsibilities: - Territory Management: Identify and target new business opportunities within the region to grow the sales territory. - Client Visits: Regularly visit current and potential clients to present products/services, understand customer needs, and build strong relationships. - Lead Generation: Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients through cold calling, networking, and referrals. - Product Demonstrations: Provide tailored in-depth product or service demonstrations to meet customer needs. - Sales Negotiation: Effectively negotiate terms of sale, pricing, contracts, and delivery schedules to close deals. - Sales Reporting: Keep accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress towards sales goals using CRM software. - Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams like marketing, customer service, and product development to align sales strategies and ensure customer needs are met. Qualifications Required: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Excellent negotiation and closing skills. - Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
