Job Profile - Field Sales Representative

Role Description

Generate leads through field visits, networking, and market research (B2B & B2C).
Conduct site visits to assess client requirements and feasibility.
Present solar solutions, proposals, and ROI benefits to clients.
Negotiate pricing, close sales, and achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
Build and maintain strong client relationships for long-term business.
Coordinate with design, engineering, and execution teams for smooth project delivery.
Track sales activities, provide market insights, and support after-sales service.

Qualifications

Proficient experience in Sales and Customer Relationship Management
Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
