Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Field Sales Executive with 2–3 years of relevant experience in industrial or technical product sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, visiting clients, promoting our products, and closing sales to meet revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through field visits, cold calling, and networking.
• Visit potential clients to understand their needs and suggest appropriate products.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations.
• Prepare and deliver quotes and proposals to clients.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams (production, dispatch, and service) to ensure timely delivery and support.
• Submit daily/weekly reports on field activities and sales performance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in field sales, preferably in industrial equipment, air systems, or technical products.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Valid driver’s license and own vehicle (preferred).
