Job Description

  • A field sales representative identifies new client leads through direct engagement, builds customer relationships, demonstrates products/services, and negotiates deals to meet sales targets, all while traveling to clients' locations. Key responsibilities include needs analysis, generating reports, collaborating with internal teams, monitoring competitors, and maintaining client satisfaction to drive business growth and revenue.
  • Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Actively seeks out new sales opportunities and potential clients through field visits and direct contact.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Builds and maintains strong, long-lasting relationships with both existing and potential customers.
  • Product/Service Demonstration: Conducts presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the benefits of company offerings to clients.
  • Sales Negotiation & Closing: Negotiates prices and terms with customers and closes deals to secure sales and achieve targets.
  • Sales Target Achievement: Consistently meets or exceeds assigned sales targets and contributes to the company's revenue goals.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Prepares and submits sales reports, monitors customer feedback, and reports on market trends and competitor activities to the management team.
  • Travel & Field Visits: Travels to various client locations to arrange meetings, conduct face-to-face sales activities, and represent the company.
  • Essential Skills & Qualifications
  • Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Strong verbal communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills are crucial for interacting with diverse clients.
  • Product Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the company's products or services and the latest industry trends is essential.
  • Negotiation & Closing Techniques: Ability to negotiate effectively and employ advanced closing techniques to secure deals.
  • Self-Motivation & Resilience: A confident, assertive, and self-driven attitude is needed for cold-calling and successfully navigating sales challenges.
  • Physical Stamina: Must be able to handle the physical demands of traveling to multiple locations, potentially for long hours, and carrying products.
  • Strategic Thinking: Develops and implements effective sales strategies to generate business leads and expand market reach.

Pay: ₹10,752.32 - ₹29,616.95 per month
