Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Sales Representative. The Field Sales Representative will be responsible for daily sales operations, building and maintaining client relationships, visiting distributors and dealers, and promoting our ceramic products. Additional responsibilities include managing sales activities, providing product demonstrations, addressing customer inquiries, and achieving sales targets.


Qualifications

  • Proven sales skills, including direct sales, B2B sales, and negotiation
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for client relationship management
  • Ability to conduct market research and develop sales strategies
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
  • Excellent time-management and organizational skills
  • Ability to travel locally for client meetings
  • Experience in the ceramic industry is a plus
