Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to identify potential customers, selling opportunities, and emerging market trends.
  • Actively prospect and generate new leads through cold calling, networking, and social media platforms.
  • Set up meetings with potential clients to understand their needs, preferences, and concerns.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the company's offerings.
  • Track and report sales performance, preparing regular reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
  • Ensure availability of stock and materials required for client presentations or sales demonstrations.
  • Represent the company in exhibitions, trade shows, and industry conferences to build brand awareness and develop new business connections.
  • Negotiate and close deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving any objections or issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, and customer service) to ensure seamless customer experience.
  • Collect and share feedback from clients and prospects to help improve products, services, and processes.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 142years of experience in field sales, business development, or client acquisition.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent relationship-building and customer service abilities.
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM software.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
