Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct market research to identify potential customers, selling opportunities, and emerging market trends.
Actively prospect and generate new leads through cold calling, networking, and social media platforms.
Set up meetings with potential clients to understand their needs, preferences, and concerns.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the company's offerings.
Track and report sales performance, preparing regular reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
Ensure availability of stock and materials required for client presentations or sales demonstrations.
Represent the company in exhibitions, trade shows, and industry conferences to build brand awareness and develop new business connections.
Negotiate and close deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving any objections or issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, and customer service) to ensure seamless customer experience.
Collect and share feedback from clients and prospects to help improve products, services, and processes.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
142years of experience in field sales, business development, or client acquisition.
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Excellent relationship-building and customer service abilities.
Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM software.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
