Role & responsibilities:

Key responsibilities

Lead generation:
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through various methods such as cold calling, email campaigns, and visiting potential clients.
Client relationship management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers, ensuring customer satisfaction and handling inquiries or complaints.
Sales and negotiation:
Conduct client meetings, deliver sales presentations, and negotiate and close sales deals to meet revenue targets.
Territory management:
Develop and execute sales strategies within an assigned territory to drive revenue and growth.
Market analysis:
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, understand market trends, and monitor competitor activities.
Reporting and administration:
Maintain and update customer and sales data in a CRM system, prepare sales reports, and provide forecasts to management.
Collaboration:
Work with internal teams, such as marketing, to align on promotional activities and lead generation.
Product knowledge:
Stay up-to-date on products and services, and potentially participate in training sessions to develop pitches and enhance skills.
