Job Description

Key responsibilities

Lead generation and qualification:

Prospecting for new business through market research, networking, and cold calling.
Attending promotional events, trade shows, and conferences to find and engage potential clients.

Sales and client management:

Conducting in-person meetings and presentations to promote products or services.
Understanding customer needs and developing solutions to meet them.
Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
Negotiating contracts and closing deals.

Reporting and forecasting:

Preparing and delivering sales reports and forecasts to management.
Tracking sales activities and maintaining an accurate customer database.

Market and competitor analysis:

Staying informed about industry trends and competitor strategies.
Monitoring competitor sales activities.

Collaboration:

Working with internal teams, such as marketing, to ensure a seamless customer experience and coordinate promotions.
