Job Summary: We are looking for an energetic and driven Field Sales Officer to support our AAC Blocks sales operations in Bangalore and surrounding areas. The ideal candidate will have strong local market knowledge, a passion for fieldwork, and the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients such as contractors, builders, and dealers. This is an excellent opportunity for a sales professional to grow alongside a rapidly expanding brand in the construction materials space. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Client Visits: Identify and visit potential customers including builders, contractors, architects, and dealers to promote AAC Blocks. Sales Target Achievement: Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets as defined by the management. Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction. Market Mapping: Gather insights on local construction projects, competitors, and pricing trends to identify business opportunities. Dealer & Channel Coordination: Assist in onboarding new dealers/distributors and support them in increasing product visibility and sales. Order & Payment Follow-up: Ensure smooth order processing, timely deliveries, and payment collections in coordination with internal teams. Reporting: Submit daily visit reports, customer feedback, and market updates through CRM or other reporting tools. Brand Promotion: Participate in local trade meets, exhibitions, and on-site promotional activities to strengthen brand recall. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelors degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Business Administration, or related field preferred. 2-5 years of field sales experience in building materials (AAC Blocks, cement, steel, or related categories). Strong local network and understanding of the construction ecosystem in Bangalore and nearby regions. Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and Kannada . Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently on field assignments. Valid drivers license and willingness to travel extensively.
