The Field Sales Officer will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, managing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks will include visiting clients, offering product solutions, preparing sales proposals, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. The role also requires market research to keep abreast of competitive products and trends. Qualifications Proven experience in sales, preferably in the plastic industry Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to develop and maintain strong customer relationships Knowledge of plastic materials, manufacturing, and product applications Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Proficiency in market research and competitive analysis Willingness to travel and work on-site Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field Job Location :- Rajkot/Morbi/Ahmedabad What We Offer: Competitive salary with performance-based incentives.
