Key Responsibilities:

Meet potential customers in the field and explain Policybazaar's insurance and financial products
Follow up on leads
Assist customers in selecting the right insurance plans based on their needs
Maintain daily reports of customer interactions and visits
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
Work closely with the team and report to the Sales Manager

Requirements:

Education:
PUC Pass / Any Degree
Experience:
Freshers and experienced candidates welcome
Bike:
Mandatory for field visits
Good communication
and interpersonal skills
Willingness to travel within the city
Target-oriented mindset

Salary & Benefits:

Salary:
Up to 32,000 CTC
Allowance:
250 per visit
Incentives:
Unlimited invites and performance-based rewards

Day shift only
