Promote and explain applications and benefits of industrial & specialty chemicals. Follow up on inquiries, prepare and submit quotations, and convert them into confirmed orders. Coordinate with the logistics/supply chain team to ensure timely deliveries. Ensure payment collection within agreed credit terms and maintain proper follow-up. Maintain records of customer visits, inquiries, quotations, and orders. Track and report competitor pricing, offers, and new product launches. Submit daily/weekly sales visit reports to the Sales Manager. Assist customers with product queries and arrange technical support when required. Adhere to company policies on pricing, credit terms, and reporting.
