Meet hotel purchase managers/chefs to discuss the type, quality, and quantity of fish they need. Promote Iceworks fish products and explain freshness, quality, and supply capacity. Take regular orders from hotels and ensure timely follow-up. Build and maintain strong business relationships with hotel management. Report market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to management.
