Field Sales Officer

As a Sales Officer/ Sales Representative with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the FMCG industry (GT based), your primary responsibility will be to oversee sales activities and develop business growth strategies within your assigned territory. Your role will require a strong sales background and the ability to leverage distributor and retailer networks to effectively achieve sales targets. Your key roles will include delivering overall business results for the region, managing customer relationships, executing key strategic business imperatives on the ground, and strategizing monthly business targets based on team performance analysis. You will also be responsible for presenting and promoting company offerings to both existing and potential customers, identifying and reaching out to potential customers, maintaining strong client relationships, negotiating contracts, meeting or exceeding sales goals, addressing customer inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer requirements, and prepare sales reports, track performance, and identify areas for improvement. To qualify for this role, you must hold a Bachelor's degree in any field from a recognized university and a Master's degree in any discipline. You should have a minimum of 8-15 years of experience in field sales within the FMCG industry, with a proven track record of meeting sales targets. Your strengths should include strong negotiation skills, experience in lead generation, cold calling, and conducting product demos, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. This is a full-time position with day, evening, and morning shifts available. The work location will be in person, and you will be expected to work collaboratively with other departments such as marketing and customer service to achieve sales objectives.
