Field Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new leads through field visits, referrals, and market research

• Visit customer sites, explain product features, pricing, and installation process

• Develop strong relationships with contractors, builders, architects, dealers, and end customers

• Convert B2B and B2C leads into confirmed orders

• Coordinate with measurement, installation, production, and logistics teams for smooth execution

• Prepare and submit daily visit reports and weekly sales reports

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Handle customer queries and ensure high customer satisfaction

• Collect market intelligence and competitor information

• Follow company sales processes, CRM updates, and policies

Eligibility Criteria

• Education:

• Experience:

  • 0 - 1 year (Freshers with strong communication skills can apply)

  • 1 - 3 years of field sales experience preferred

• Industry Preference:

Required Skills

• Good communication and negotiation skills

• Strong customer-handling ability

• Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory

• Target-oriented and self-motivated

• Basic knowledge of CRM or sales reporting tools

• Two-wheeler with valid driving license (mandatory)
