Job Description

Position Overview:
We are seeking a Sales and Marketing Executive with 4-5 years of sales experience to drive growth and brand awareness for Prime Power Systems. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of sales processes, and a passion for delivering results. This role involves generating new business opportunities, managing relationships with clients, and promoting our products and services to increase market share.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve company objectives.
  • Identify new business opportunities and create strategies to approach potential clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitor analysis.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients.
  • Develop marketing materials, including brochures, emails, and advertisements.
  • Organize and attend trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote the brand.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any concerns or inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful product launches and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance and suggest improvements based on results.
  • Ensure timely and accurate follow-ups with clients and prospects.
  • Assist in developing pricing strategies and promotional campaigns.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma holder or a degree holder in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 4-5 years of sales experience, preferably in a technical or B2B environment.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
