Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Manage field sales activities, including visiting retail stores to promote FMCG products such as beverages.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and build relationships with customers.
Achieve monthly targets by selling company's products to retailers and distributors.
Ensure timely delivery of products to customers and maintain accurate records of transactions.
Collaborate with team members to achieve overall sales goals.

Preferred candidate profile

1-2 years of experience in field sales or related field work (FMCG industry preferred).
Strong understanding of local market trends and consumer behavior.
Excellent communication skills for effective customer engagement.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines.
