Identify and approach under construction sites and upcoming projects within the allocated area.
Build a strong project pipeline by visiting developers, contractors and other stakeholders.
Generate customer enquiries and follow up effectively to convert them into sales.
Keep track of market trends, competitor activities and upcoming projects in the real estate and construction sector.
Prepare and maintain sales reports and customer data using MS office and excel.
Communicate professionally through emails and written correspondance.
