Job Description:

We are looking for a driven and customer-focused sales executive (male preferred) to join our team. The role involves identifying potential clients, promoting our solutions and client projects, and managing end-to-end sales operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Identify and engage potential customers through field visits, cold calls, and networking.

2. Conduct site visits to assess customer requirements and propose tailored solutions.

3. Educate customers on the benefits of our projects, including cost savings, environmental impact, and government schemes.

4. Prepare and present detailed proposals, quotations, and financial plans to prospective clients.

5. Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.

6. Maintain accurate records of sales, leads, and client interactions.

7. Collaborate with the technical and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution.

8. Stay informed about industry trends, government policies, and advancements in technology.

9. Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and community events to promote our solutions.

Qualifications & Skills:

1. Proven experience in sales (freshers or up to 1 year accepted).

2. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

3. Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and clear manner.

4. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.

5. Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and site visits.

6. Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or any related field (preferred).

7. Valid driving license and personal bike (preferred).

Additional Information:

Work Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Location: Tirunelveli / Hybrid

Salary & Benefits:

1. Salary (CTC): ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on skills & experience)

2. Performance Bonus: ₹1,000 – ₹3,000 per month

3. Incentives: Up to ₹50,000 (sales-based)
