Role Overview:
S&M Tech is seeking a motivated Field Sales Executive to promote and sell rooftop solar solutions. The role involves engaging directly with potential customers, explaining product benefits, and supporting them in adopting sustainable energy solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct door-to-door visits and outreach to generate leads.
• Present rooftop solar solutions to prospective customers.
• Convert potential leads into confirmed sales while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
• Coordinate with operations and installation teams for smooth project execution.
• Meet monthly sales targets in line with company objectives.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of sales experience may apply.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and simply.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and site visits.
• Possession of a valid driving license and two-wheeler is preferred, but not mandatory.

Compensation & Benefits:

• CTC: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (depending on skills & experience).
• Performance Bonus: ₹1,000 – ₹3,000 per month.
• Sales Incentives: Up to ₹50,000.

Probation & Confirmation:

• The position will begin with a 1-month probation period.

Work Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Travel Requirement: Up to 50% local travel

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
