Hiflo Solders, a leading manufacturer and supplier of high‑quality soldering products and solutions, is looking for a Sales Manager with 10+ years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in electronics, soldering consumables, or related industries.

Location: Chennai

About the Role:

✅ Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets

✅ Lead and mentor the sales team for consistent performance

✅ Identify and pursue new business opportunities

✅ Maintain and grow relationships with key clients and channel partners

✅ Analyze market trends, competitive activity, and customer feedback

✅ Collaborate with production/R&D to align offerings with market needs

✅ Prepare and present sales forecasts and regular reports to senior management

✅ Ensure timely collections and maintain healthy receivables

What We’re Looking For:

✔️ Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering or related field (mandatory)

✔️ MBA in Marketing/Sales is a plus

✔️ Min. 10 years’ experience in sales, with at least 5 years in a managerial role

✔️ Strong B2B sales background, preferably in electronics or industrial products

✔️ Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities

✔️ Proficient in CRM tools and MS Office Suite

✔️ Willingness to travel frequently for client meetings and market development
