Job Discription Form Job Role/ Name Key Account Manager (KAM) Vending Machine (Chai/Coffee) Job Summary We are looking for an experienced and motivated Key Account Manager (KAM) to oversee client relationships and drive sales for our vending machine business (Chai/Coffee segment). The ideal candidate will have a background in B2B sales and account management, with excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Interview Rounds ( 1/2/3) 3 Interview Type ( Physical / Virtual) Virtual Location Pune Experience ( years ) 2 to 3 years Must have skills Must having relivant experience in the vending machine domin ,Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills , respond to queries,Proven experience as key account manager ,Experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs-The ability to handle multiple client accounts, Ability to generate leads from open market. Additional skills (if any) Great interpersonal skills, Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks, Exceptional oral and written communication skills Detail responsibilities 1- -Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients to ensure they do not turn to competition Attending clientsand explaining the product and services offered by the company. 2-Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements 3-Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives understanding their specifications. 4-Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner Resolving queries and issues related to the products and services.5-Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams 6-Making recordings of all the sales deals 7-Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting 8-Taking and processing product orders in a professional manner. 9-Maintaining the database of the customers on a regular basis 10-Creating awareness of the products and services offered by the company 11-Communicating with the customers via cold calling and email marketing 12-Following up with the customers 13-Gather, report and communicate customers' feedback on service, technology and product delivery 14-Research and source new potential clients
Education Diploma/Graduate/BSc/BA in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a relevant field. Certification if any Proven work experience as a Sales and Marketing Executive or a similar position in the Sales Department.
