Field Sales Manager (LAP & HL)

You will be responsible for acquiring new customers for Home Loan (HL) and Loan Against Property (LAP) products. This includes developing distribution channels such as DSAs, connectors, and direct sourcing. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the profitability of the center and achieving monthly/quarterly sales targets. Additionally, you will be tasked with managing portfolio quality, ensuring timely collections, and maintaining compliance with credit policies and KYC norms. Your role will also involve enhancing brand visibility and local market penetration through various marketing activities. As a Centre Head, you will lead, motivate, and guide the sales team to achieve business goals effectively. To be successful in this role, you should possess a Post-Graduation/Graduation from a reputed institute with a minimum of 6-10 years of relevant experience in HL & LAP sales. A proven track record in team handling and meeting secured loan sales targets is essential. You must have a strong understanding of the secured loan products, competition, and customer segments within the market. Flexibility in terms of travel and relocation to different locations is required. Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and digital sales tools is expected. It is mandatory to own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license to fulfill the duties effectively.,
