Field Sales Manager (LAP & HL)

Job Overview:

• Acquisition of new customers for Home Loan (HL) and Loan Against Property (LAP) products.
• Development of distribution channels, including DSAs, connectors, and direct sourcing.
• Ensuring centre profitability and achievement of monthly/quarterly sales targets.
• Portfolio quality management and ensuring timely collections.
• Maintaining compliance with credit policies and KYC norms.
• Brand visibility and local market penetration through marketing activities.
• Leading, motivating, and guiding the sales team to achieve business goals.

Background & Requirements:

• Post-Graduation/Graduation from a reputed institute with

  6–10 years

  of relevant experience in

  HL & LAP sales

  .
• Proven track record in team handling and achieving secured loan sales targets.
• Strong market knowledge of secured loan products, competition, and customer segments.
• Willingness to travel and relocate to different locations if required.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and digital sales tools.
• Must own a two-wheeler with valid driving license.
