Job Description

Supervise plant operations to ensure compliance with legal and company standards. Monitor and control wastewater treatment processes, including STP /ETP systems. Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify areas for improvement. Develop and implement effective business development strategies to increase revenue growth through sales of water treatment services. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to wastewater management Plan sales activities, including customer visits and lead generation, to meet targets. Prepare forecasts and reports on sales activities, monitoring budgets, and identifying industry trends. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring customer satisfaction. Provide technical support and guidance to customers on STP/ETP solutions. Address customer complaints and ensure timely resolution Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Internet reimbursement Leave encashment Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Weekend availability Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Yearly bonus Work Location: In person Application Deadline: 16/06/2025 Expected Start Date: 16/06/2025
