Job Description

Key Responsibilities # Sales Strategy & Planning Develop and execute sales plans aligned with company goals Identify growth opportunities in the advertising, fashion, and jewellery sectors Build a qualified pipeline of leads through networking and partnerships # Lead Conversion & Key Accounts Personally handle large clients and corporate accounts Prepare proposals, presentations, and pitch for large LED screen installations Ensure timely follow-ups, lead nurturing, and successful deal closures # Team Management Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets Provide training, feedback, and mentoring to improve team performance Set sales KPIs and regularly review progress # Client Relationship Management Build long-term relationships with clients and agencies Work closely with the project and technical team to ensure client satisfaction Monitor post-sales experience to encourage repeat business and referrals Candidate Requirements ✅ 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role ✅ Preferred background: advertising, fashion, jewellery supply, digital signage, AV solutions, or similar industries ✅ Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills ✅ Strong network in retail, event, or advertising agencies is a plus ✅ Willing to travel for client meetings and project supervision Why Join Us? 1.
