Field Sales (Lubricants)

As a Business Development Executive - Field Sales with our team based in Thane, Maharashtra, you will be responsible for engaging in field sales activities related to industrial maintenance chemicals and lubricants within Maharashtra. We are looking for an individual who is highly energetic, sales-oriented, and has a solid grasp of industrial applications. In this role, you will collaborate with a supportive team and directly report to the Business Development Manager and Directors. You will undergo comprehensive training to equip you with the necessary skills to excel in your position. Your key responsibilities will include identifying and reaching out to potential clients in the industrial sector for chemicals and lubricants, fostering enduring relationships with current clients, conducting product presentations and customized demonstrations, negotiating and finalizing sales contracts to meet and surpass targets, offering technical guidance on product application, staying updated on market trends and competitor activities, and regularly communicating client feedback. Extensive travel across Maharashtra will be required to engage with clients and explore sales prospects. The qualifications we are looking for include a Bachelor's degree in any discipline, preferably with up to 1 year of experience in industrial sales (although freshers with a keen interest in sales are also encouraged to apply), a basic understanding of industrial products or a willingness to learn, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, a high level of enthusiasm, self-motivation, and a strong desire to establish a career in field sales, and a readiness to travel extensively throughout Maharashtra.
