Field Sales Executive

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to help us grow our customer base and promote our products/services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, closing sales, developing marketing strategies, and building long-term customer relationships. Key Responsibilities: Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences Promote and sell products/services through various channels (online/offline) Develop and implement marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business Achieve sales targets and report on performance metrics Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials Attend trade shows, exhibitions, or client meetings as needed Gather feedback from customers and report trends to management Maintain accurate records of sales, leads, and customer interactions Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus) Proven experience in sales or marketing (FMCG, retail, B2B, etc.) Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Familiarity with CRM tools and digital marketing platforms Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset Willingness to travel as required Skills: Sales and lead generation Market research and analysis Digital marketing basics Client relationship management Communication and presentation skills Time management and organization
