Make outbound calls to customers for order follow-ups, payment reminders, and service updates. Respond to and follow up on online enquiries from websites, social media, and marketplaces. Add all enquiries to the CRM and ensure timely and consistent follow-ups. Explain basic product details and benefits to interested customers. Schedule meetings for the sales team with customers who show interest in the product. Call job candidates, share job details, and schedule interviews. Build rapport with customers, collect feedback, and handle basic concerns. Maintain accurate records of all calls, enquiries, feedback, and follow-up actions. Coordinate closely with sales and admin teams for smooth operations.
