About Petblush Petblush is a fast-growing manufacturer, distributor, and brand of pet products, specializing in collars, leashes, harnesses, clothing, toys, and accessories. We supply to a wide network of offline retailers and distributors across India and are rapidly expanding our reach in the pet care industry. Role Overview We are looking for a Field Sales Executive who will represent Petblush in the market by visiting pet shops, retailers, and distributors. This role involves managing existing client relationships, generating new sales, ensuring timely collections, and providing on-ground insights to the management team. Key Responsibilities Visit pet shops, retailers, and distributors daily as per the assigned route plan. Promote and sell Petblush products to existing and new customers. Handle payment collections and ensure timely follow-ups for pending amounts. Maintain and share daily location tracking and photos from each visit. Fill and submit the Field Visit Form after each meeting with comments, discussion points, and next steps. Update sales and collection status in Excel/CRM tools. Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers for repeat business. Identify potential new accounts and expansion opportunities. Coordinate with the operations and accounts teams for delivery and payment updates. Share regular market feedback, competitor activities, and pricing insights. Requirements 1–3 years of experience in field sales (FMCG, consumer goods, or pet industry preferred). Must own a two-wheeler and smartphone for daily travel and reporting. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Strong follow-up and negotiation ability. Basic knowledge of Excel, WhatsApp communication, and reporting tools.
