Key Responsibilities

• Conduct field visits to prospective clients including hospitals, hotels, industries, PSUs, residential and commercial buildings.
• Generate leads, conduct product demonstrations, and close sales for water treatment and pumping solutions.
• Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate Grundfos pumps, ION Exchange treatment systems, or allied solutions.
• Coordinate with internal technical and service teams to ensure proper installation and commissioning.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
• Maintain records of visits, client feedback, and opportunities in CRM or Excel.
• Provide post-sales support for annual maintenance contracts and service renewals.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum Qualification:

  ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing-related stream.

• Experience:

  Minimum 1 year in technical sales, preferably in pumps, water treatment systems, or MEPF-related products.
• Good communication skills in Gujarati, Hindi, and basic English.
• Willingness to travel locally and regionally for field work.
• Should possess a two-wheeler and a valid driving license.
• Technical aptitude to understand product configurations and basic troubleshooting.
