Viros Entrepreneurs, a leading provider of advanced barcode, scanning technology, and comprehensive IT solutions, is actively seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual for the critical role of Field Marketing Executive (Business Development Executive).
We are looking for candidates who can effectively blend field marketing execution with aggressive business development, specifically targeting B2B clients across industries such as Manufacturing, Retail, and Logistics.

Business Development: Proactively generating qualified B2B leads, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth in the assigned territory.

Field Execution: Planning and executing localized marketing campaigns, product demonstrations, and promotions for our solutions (e.g., scanners, label printers, custom software).

Client Engagement: Conducting face-to-face meetings with prospective clients (IT Managers, Operations Heads, Procurement) for product pitching and negotiation.

Reporting: Maintaining and updating the sales pipeline with detailed records of field activities and lead status.

3. Candidate Profile & Mandatory Skills
We are seeking candidates who possess the following:

Mandatory Experience: 1 to 5 years of proven experience in B2B Field Sales, Field Marketing, or Business Development, preferably within the IT hardware, industrial automation, or technology sector.

Technical Acumen: Basic familiarity with IT hardware (e.g., PCs, Servers, Networking) and an ability to understand and present technical solutions like barcode scanners, label printers, and custom software.

Communication: Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills in English and the local language.

Attitude: Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with extensive local travel
