Job Summary

The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth within a specified territory by prospecting for new business, managing and growing relationships with existing clients, and representing the company brand in the field. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, target-driven, and possesses excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy & Execution:
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Identify, prospect, and qualify new sales opportunities through market research, networking, referrals, and cold calling/visits.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing customers, acting as a trusted consultant.
  • Conduct face-to-face meetings, product demonstrations, and presentations tailored to client needs.
  • Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate product or service solutions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
