Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities: 1. Identify and approach potential B2B clients such as: a. Retail outlets, cafes, IT park canteens, corporate food vendors. 2. Pitch product offerings and negotiate order terms and pricing. 3. Generate B2B leads and convert them into recurring clients. 4. Build long-term relationships with clients and ensure customer satisfaction. 5. Take bulk orders and coordinate with production & delivery team. 6. Achieve weekly/monthly sales targets. 7. Maintain reports on client visits, orders closed, and payment collection. 8. Collect feedback and support in brand positioning & promotions. Requirements: 1. 2+ year of experience in field sales (FMCG/food sector preferred). 2. Good communication & negotiation skills (Kannada & English mandatory; Hindi is a plus). 3. Confidence in doing B2B sales & cold visits. 4. Basic knowledge of Excel/WhatsApp for reporting. 5. Must own a two-wheeler with valid driving license.
