Sales Executive - JD

Job Title:

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Generation:
Source new leads and acquire customers for home loan products through various channels field visits, cold calls, referrals, builder tie-ups, etc.
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
Compliance:
Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory guidelines, and ethical practices in all sales activities.
Documentation & Processing:
Guide customers through the loan application process.
Ensure accurate collection and verification of required documents.
Coordinate with credit and operations teams for timely processing and disbursal.
Customer Relationship Management:
Understand customer needs and provide appropriate housing loan solutions.
Maintain good relationships with clients for repeat and referral business
Key Requirements:
Education:
Graduate in any discipline. (MBA/PG in Sales or Marketing is a plus)
Experience:
13 years in sales, preferably in home loans, housing finance, NBFC, or banking. Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.
Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Goal-oriented with strong negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and in a team
Familiarity with local real estate market is an advantage
