Job Description

Job Responsibilities: Identify and visit potential customers in the assigned territory. Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to prospective customers. Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs. Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Negotiate and close deals with customers. Provide feedback to the sales team and management about customer needs and product improvements. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports. Attend meetings, sales events, and training as required. Ensure timely payment collection from clients. 🛠️ Key Skills Required: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Convincing and negotiation abilities Good time management and planning Target-oriented and self-motivated Basic computer proficiency (MS Excel, email, etc.) Ability to handle rejections professionally Two-wheeler with valid driving license (preferred) Knowledge of local geography and market 🎓 Educational Qualifications:Minimum: 12th Pass / HSC Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in any field (BBA, B.Com, BA, etc.)
