Key Responsibilities: Identify and meet potential new clients (owners, brokers, and partners). Drive sales closures by presenting company offerings and ensuring successful deal conversions. Support property listing and ensure accurate information is uploaded. Promote and drive app downloads to enhance customer engagement. Maintain long-term relationships with existing brokers, owners, and clients. Develop a thorough understanding of the assigned market and stay updated on industry trends. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and service. Prepare and maintain reports on client interactions, sales activities, and market insights. Requirements: Proven experience in sales, business development, or a client-facing role (real estate experience preferred). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse clients. Presentable, confident, and persuasive personality. Good knowledge of the local market/assigned territory. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently. Basic computer and mobile app usage knowledge. Qualifications: Graduate in any discipline 1–3 years of relevant sales experience.
