The Area Sales Manager (ASM) will be responsible for overseeing sales operations within a designated geographical area. This role involves managing a team of sales executives, developing and executing sales strategies, achieving revenue targets, expanding market presence, and ensuring customer satisfaction. --- Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement area-specific sales strategies to achieve sales targets. Lead, guide, and motivate the sales team to improve performance and productivity. Identify new business opportunities and expand market penetration. Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, retailers, and key customers. Monitor competitor activities and market trends to adjust strategies accordingly. Ensure timely collection of payments and adherence to company credit policies. Conduct regular sales meetings, training, and performance reviews. Generate and analyze sales reports for management review. Ensure compliance with company policies, brand guidelines, and ethical practices.
