Understand client requirements and pitch suitable digital marketing solutions. Maintain strong follow-ups and close deals within a defined sales cycle. Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs. Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to generate repeat business. Coordinate with the in-house digital marketing and technical teams to ensure client deliverables are met. Report daily/weekly field activity and sales updates to the sales manager. Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in sales of digital marketing services or IT products. Strong understanding of services like SEO, SMO, website and app development. Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a B2B environment. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated and target-driven with a customer-first attitude. Must be comfortable with regular fieldwork and client visits. Fluency in English, Hindi, and Bengali preferred. Own two-wheeler (preferred but not mandatory).
